1 General Provisions

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳26,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Winnings from a bonus are counted toward wagering only when bets are placed on specified games.
• q008 reserves the right to change bonus terms.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

The q008 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through sufficient activity and regular participation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on q008 are governed by the following rules.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless q008 cancels it due to a technical error.
• In the case of cricket and other sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In any dispute regarding a game outcome, q008's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

Odds for cricket, football and other sports events are subject to change. Bets can be placed on all international and domestic competitions including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. Live odds may change after an event has started.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Participation in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Fraud, deception or providing false information.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Unauthorized access to game software or databases.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Placing automated bets using third-party software.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.

8 Account Closure and Suspension Policy

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
